So the last two weeks for me have been really hard. Riley is back at school and the after school activites have started. As a result I have not been planning our meals and the WW diet has fallen by the wayside and my weightloss has stopped. I did go shopping this morning and stock the house full of good food, I seem to be able to cope with cooking every night if there is meat and vegetables in the house. Although I did forget to buy the salad ingredients so it might be steamed vegies every night this week.
