Crunchy Chinese Cabbage Salad
This is one of Darren's mum's recipes and it almost always the first salad to disappear at BBQ's, I always get asked for the recipe. This page was made for a birthday surprise for a friend in California. I have made a second copy to put in my family album, right next to the Cunnington family favourite, Bran Muffins.
