So the scales are still on the same spot the last time I checked. I worked out today that it is almost six months before I leave so I had better get my butt into gear if I want to reach my goal. I have been walking into school each day to pick up Riley so that has added about 20 minutes walking to my day. I really enjoy it and the boys love to have a play on the swings before we get to the car.
I am setting myself three goals for this week:
1. 3 times to the gym (wed night, sat morning, mon night) went 4 times, Thursday was extra
2. 2 pieces of fruit/day yep
3. 2 litres of water/day probably drank close to 3 litres
